About Si Satchanalai Historical Park, Thailand: The Si Satchanalai Historical Park is at Sukhothai Province, Northern Island and is found in the ruins of Si Satchanalai and Chaliang. The literal meaning is "City of Good People" and founded in 1250 as the second center of Sukothai Kingdom. The city was found to be rectangular in shape during 16th Century with a 5 meter high wall moat all around was built to fend off any external attack including Burmese.
